The Role
I found a lot of the time I had no team around me and I got no feedback on my progress in the role. I do feel that the job role gave me a lot of experience in marketing communications.
I felt valued from other interns, but I haven't felt valued by some management.
Not much guidence from manager with regards to progress, but there was always help when i needed it.
It is a very varied and busy role, I always had work to be getting on with so I was never boared.
There way a lot of independent responsibility and self management, which was great for my peraonal development.
I have already graduated but the skills i have learned will be great for my roles in future positions.
The Company
People were friendly and it was a nice environment.
It was well organised and the intern development programme was fantastic.
I feel like the intern training was good but no possibility of future work.
Flexi Time

Not very good for future employment as graduate as no grad scheme in department.
The Culture
Lots of contact with interns and events at certain locations.
Cost of living relativelt cheap
Great! Top party area for students.
