The Role
I really enjoyed it and the people made it worth while. The best company I ever worked for.
They really value you especially if you are enthusiastic about doing the work. The more approachable you are the more they will ask you to do things and to help out with projects
A lot of support was given. And a lot of opportunities to do other things outside of my sector.
i was quite busy but there were times where there was nothing to do.
I was given a good amount of responsibility for someone who has not studied or worked in the sector.
There were a lot of things that I didn't know that my project manager and commercial manager mentored me on.
The Company
Really good and laid back. Not too tense
Very organised. But it's best to know what you want to get out of it and let them know so they can include it in their plan for you
They invested enough for an intern. I was sent on a training course to help me understand my industry more
Flexi Time
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
It depends. If there aren't a lot of projects going on then you might not be kept on (like me). But if they have a lot going on they will keep you
The Culture
I was the only one but when we had events with others from other cities it was fun
Quite expensive but I'm a home body
A lot
