  • Lots of support and guidance throughout the beginning few months but then expectation that you can work by yourself.

  • Can have very quiet weeks. Is better when busy.

  • For part of my job role I am the only one each month who works on it and then have to do quarterly reports and analysis to the CFO and board of directors.
