The Role
Job satisfaction with great opportunities.
Close small team but can be very quiet in the office.
Lots of support and guidance throughout the beginning few months but then expectation that you can work by yourself.
Can have very quiet weeks. Is better when busy.
For part of my job role I am the only one each month who works on it and then have to do quarterly reports and analysis to the CFO and board of directors.
Better work ethic. Developed research and analytical skills

Expensive area, went home or back to university town each weekend
Guildford good but a distance. Camberley terrible.
