  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • They provided fantastic training, and not only that but they recognised that due to living in a rural area I would have to home work from time to time and provided all the necessary equipment for this.

    5/5

  • 10. What were the perks on your work placement?
  • Flexi Time

    Working from home

    4/5

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Unlikely at the moment, but I will apply when a job does come up with them.

    3/5

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • When everyone met at the intro day it was good. Other than that there really wasn't much chance to meet the other interns as we were all placed in different locations around the country.

    3/5

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Pricey! However this shouldnt reflect upon Macmillan as I chose to do it where I live, there were other locations which would be cheaper.

  • Again not Macmillans fault.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
