The Role
I enjoyed every bit of my placement as from the beginning I was guided on what my role will be, what I will learn and what is expected of me. This matches my future career goals and I enjoyed the ownership culture experienced while working at Siemens,
My colleagues are one of the reasons that made me enjoy this placement. They are very helpful, friendly and work with care and competence.
My supervisor was always there for me and motivated me to take initiatives and even when I learned some things the hard way, he was supportive acting as a great team leader.
Siemens is about takinbg ownership so I always made sure that I am busy.
I was given significant amount of responsibility by my team.
I think doing the placement at Siemens is the best choice i made, Most of the work done relates to my course and meets my future goals.
