  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Really good experience, giving a great insight into Audit at KPMG.

  • All of the people I worked with seemed pleased with my help/work and thanked me for the work I did.

  • I had a mentor/buddy who was very nice and helpful and who always made sure I knew what I was doing and where I was going.

  • The majority of time I had work to do, bar a couple of times when I had the odd 20 mins

  • I was given responsibility straight away, in meeting the clients and gathering data from them.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I was given a variety of tasks, which built-up across the internship. By the end I was given a whole section of the audit to complete, which utilised the skills that I had learnt working on previous clients.

  • I was not in the office much, but everyone was friendly in the office, and I soon got to know alot of people.

  • Everything was organised well.

  • I was taught everything as if I was staying with the company.

  • Yes, everyone was friendly and got on really well

  • Lived/commuted from my student house.
