  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was a very worthwhile and exciting experience.

  • Staff are very friendly and very much see you as a part of the team from the start

  • I was assigned a line manager from the beginning with regular catch-up sessions in the diary.

  • Very busy - as you can imagine its an important institution with lots to be done

  • I was intrusted with lots of responsibility from the start.

  • I will take back to University not just the first hand experience of working at the Bank, but also a whole host of skills picked up during my time here

  • The offices are large open spaces which makes finding someone with a solution to any problem easy

  • Early careers team had established a host of events during the year to help.

  • There are a wide-range of training exercises available should you wish to expand your experience beyond day-to-day work

  • There seems to be a drive to push staff up the chain.

  • Yes

  • Cost of living is higher but to be expected as it is London.
