The Role
Highly enjoyable and varied work.
Team always try to make sure that I understand everything and will always help.
Given lots of support.
Can vary, sometimes very busy and it can be very quiet. I would say that normally there is a good amount of work.
Given a good level of responsibility.
Lots of training available which is really helpful.
The Company
Sometimes it can be quite quiet, depends on team and area.
Can take a while to receive information from HR sometimes, but normally okay.
Lots of development opportunities and training. Can also go on secondments to other areas to do other work.

The Culture
Yes there are normally weekly socials with placement students, there are about 40 of us.
Can be quite expensive as it is the city, but it depends on what you want to do.
Lots of bars and pubs.
