About You
Very enjoyable experience. PwC provided food and accommodation in the Culloden 5* Hotel
PwC made it very clear how much they value their graduate/Student employees as future talent.
Employees from each service line described the work they do in detail and the different job roles within them. At times they were portrayed slightly idealistically and the activities in each weren't overly relevant. Overall quite informative though.
Group work on a debate was a useful exercise. Apart from that it was mostly just a good way to get to know the company and the work it does.
The Company
Very well organised. Given a timetable at the beginning of the two days and always knew where we were supposed to be.
Friendly and helpful. Not overly competitive
Split up into small groups of 5 to learn about the service lines. Dinner with partners in our service line of choice was also organised. Lots of opportunities to ask questions.
Some roles were portrayed somewhat idealistically.
This was one of the main focuses of the programme. What PwC stood for and who they were looking for
Very imformative
