    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Enjoyed the experience a lot. We had a very honest interpretation of the firm, which I really appreciated. The firm's workings were transparent and the trainees were honest- more than what we could have asked for.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were only there for 2 days but the experience was very warm.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?

    • Grad Recruitment was always on hand if I had any inquiries and, in fact, I could ask any questions openly to the trainees too. They were very honest.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Talking to the TPR gave us great insight into the firms ethos and showed us a way on how to promote ourselves to further our future career. Grad rec again gave detailed information in regards to the application process and tips on how we can hone in our existing skills.

    • Very organised, everything went according to schedule.

    • Very friendly. Could have maybe got to know the people on the scheme a little more but again only there for 2 days, so understandable.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • Hotel room at the Hilton and drinks in the sky lounge. Very impressed.

    • Explained the trainee process thoroughly but maybe could have talked about the road to partnership/ seniority in further detail.
