The Role
The placement at enterprise rent a car is very rewarding you will meet great people and develop a strong work ethic.
My colleagues made me feel part of a team and respected my input regardless of my level.
My management team were available all the time to give me support and guidance which was very handy because at first it can feel like your in the deep end.
very busy the hours can be long however the day literally fly's by.
As a management trainee intern you are given a great deal of responsibility. you have the autonomy to make decisions that directly affect the performance of the branch you work in
The skills you learn at enterprise rent a car will stay with you for life. not only will you develop a great work ethic but you will learn how to deal with people from different walks of life and also develop your confidence. If you can make it at enterprise you can make it anywhere.
The Company
Buzzing, at a 200+ car branch you are constantly on the move which feels good because you don't get bored. in addition colleagues are like family and the banter is hilarious,
The internship is the same as the graduate program and immediately you are thrown into what working for the actual company will be like.
The company will invest a great deal of time and money into you. its up to you how much you develop.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
If you do well within your placement you are offered a job after which is great in this day and age of people with degrees working in cafe's.
The Culture
Literally went on some crazy nights out with the team.
Same as anywhere in London.. very expensive but I grew up in the area so It was no surprise to me
Google Clapham High Street and then you can answer the question yourself.
Yes, we had a branch football team at one point.. never won a match though.
