  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Very well organized with plenty of activities to get to know the company. Not only that, but case studies and games to improve our skills.

    • Everyone was really helpful and nice. I got an excellent impression of the company culture.

    • We always had someone we could ask question should we have any. There were also 2 recruitment staff always present.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I learnt in one day what at university I could have learnt in 2 months. We were presented a lot of information in an easy understandable way which was extremely helpful to get a basic understanding of Global Capital Markets.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Excellent. We had talks from professionals, a case study, a tour around the trading floor, a game, a graduate panel and a networking event. I could personally get a really deep understanding of the company.

    • It was great. Everyone in the insight was very nice and we all had a lot of fun, at the same time as learning a lot of things.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • We were all fast tracked to the first round interview for the next year summer internship.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?

    • Very helpful as we could ask all the graduates how their day to day is.

    • Extremely helpful as at the networking event we could ask questions about anything regarding the company. Not only that, but during the talks and the trading floor tour we could also see how it was like.

    • Highly valuable as I got to see exactly what the day to day in the company consists of.

    • Reimbursed part of my travel expenses.

    • Yes, at the end of the day we were able to network with graduates.

    • Very nice as there were a range of graduates doing different jobs so you could get a feeling from what its like to work in different departments.
