  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I really enjoyed the placement, it was a fantastic insight into the firm.

    • The recruitment process was very friendly and it seemed like throughout the process everyone was interested in helping us succeed.

    • The support provided by the departments that we sat in was great and it meant we were able to take part in real and interesting work.

    • The placement was very well structured with time working in departments, talks from all of the departments and social events.

    • Everybody was very positive and friendly throughout the exerience.

    • At the beginning of the week we were given targets which we reviewed at the end of the week.

    • We were given real work to do which allowed us to gain an understanding of what a full time role with the company would be like.

    • There were lots of different events that allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of the culture of the firm.

    • It was not the reason that I chose the placement but it was nice to receive.

    • There were multiple social events that made networking easy throughout the week.

    • The networking events gave us access to a variety of people at the firm in a number of different environments.

    • There are lots of opportunities for trainees especially to get involved in the social aspect of working for a large firm and this came across.
