  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I very much enjoyed the insight. I found out a lot about the firm and participated in several engaging presentations and events. The social occasions were also fantastic, especially the meal at the Dorchester.

    • I felt very valued. I received high quality work from several people at the firm, and I experienced what it truly means to be a lawyer at A&O.

    • I received lots of guidance and support from my trainee buddy, trainee in my practice area, and my trainer (a senior associate).

    • I have finished my degree, so the skills from the vacation scheme could not have helped my degree.

    • The insight was very well structured: we received IPads with our timetables and vital information to make sure that we knew which events were occurring and when.

    • The atmosphere was extremely friendly and informal; everyone at the firm was very down-to-earth and intelligent.
