  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • My manager and I had daily catch-up meetings - this was either conducted in a casual manner or formally about my workload.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was given responsibility to do various tasks, including reporting to more senior members of the team about my work, whether it be research or an administrative duty. I was given sole responsibility of the process for online dispute resolution - all escalated complaints were forwarded to me and I would check my final responses with a member of the legal team.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The skills I gained at ASOS have assisted in my degree studies and for my future decisions, because it has given me an idea of what it is like to work in that particular field of law.
