  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • As a industrial placement student you are given the opportunity to apply for the graduate scheme, if successful, you can secure your future before finishing your final year. If the graduate scheme doesn't suit you, you can apply for a direct role, the company gives you the alternative to register your details on their system for 2 years after you finish your placement, any job roles that suit you or if your skills suit potential hiring managers you skip the applying process and get called straight for an interview. However you can choose to do both, which gives you a great opportunity to stay at the company if you wish.
