  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Mostly maintaining existing software but had some interesting challenges and projects assigned solely to me.

  • Everyone was friendly and helpful, they also gave valuable feedback.

  • Most of the internship was without significant supervision, however, I rarely felt as though I had no work to do.

  • Typically working at a moderate pace for most of the day, once a project was completed there were usually a few quiet days following.

  • I was given a project that has strong implications and that lots of other software relies on.

  • We had great training in C++ which is already helping me

  • Mostly friendly though quiet compared to most.

  • Training was great, though the first week of proper week seemed rather disorganised.
