The Role
I really enjoyed working with Enterprise and learning about my career possibilities within the company.
I've built a really close relationship with everyone in my branch and have all made we feel welcome to come back.
You learn many aspects with the business and your management are all their to guide you through.
We had quite a good balance as some days we were really busy and other days we were still busy but had enough time to catch up on any admin.
I was given a lot of responsibility during my placement and was always encouraged to make my own decisions.
I will definitely be more organised with all my coursework. I will also stick to a routine when I go back to Uni.
The Company
When I first joined the atmosphere in the branch wasn't too good, however we was very under staffed. Over the past two month that atmosphere has been good and I'm never bored when we are all in the office,
Very well organised. Raj went over every aspect of the internship scheme and made me aware of everything I should expect. Also the training provided during the 3 months was very well organised and helpful.
While I have been with Enterprise I have had 2 reviews as well as personal development meetings.
We have been made aware of future employment and how we are able to progress within the role,
The Culture
Made good friends with my training group and also worked along side a year placement student.
I work in the area I live in so their was no surprises to the cost of living or socializing.
I know the area very well as I worked their. Central London is only a 40 minute train journey.
We have branch nights out but I chose not to get into any activities.
