  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Meaningful and engaging work. Work was actually useful and gave insight into a day in the life at Aon.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Colleagues made major efforts to make interns feel valued, giving us real tasks, not just tedious admin. Much time was also spent on training and development.

  • All support and guidance was there from management and supervisors. However most training and guidance came from colleagues with who you worked on projects with.

  • Was given longer term projects which were actually looked at and used by management

  • Good working atmosphere, quite relaxed due to summer being seasonally less busy.
