  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was awesome, challenging, but entertaining at the same time.

  • It is a competitive company, but everyone values and helps everyone in need.

  • My mentor was very helpful, especially at the beginning when I wasn't sure about what I have to use and how to use it.

  • Not very stressful, but I had to put in consistent work in order to get everything planned done.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was told from the beginning that what I was about to do will be very helpful for the team, so I knew from then that I had quite a lot of responsibility, which I enjoyed and thrived on.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I've learned a lot of new technologies (including a new programming language from scratch) which I'm sure I'll be using a lot in the future.

  • Relaxed, it was the perfect environment to work in, in my opinion.

  • Very much so, from the trainings at the beginning to all the events throughout the internship.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The first two weeks were entirely for training, I was assigned a personal mentor I could ask any questions I had, so I'd say the firm invested quite a lot of time and resources to train us.

  • Very much so.

  • Yes, quite a lot of networking events specially designed to bring all interns from all departments together.

  • About 1500 pounds a month for accommodation plus other living expenses.

  • Quite vibrant.

  • Yes, some of them were even organised by the company.
