The Role
I got to do a range of different tasks and there were loads of opportunities to volunteer at events and do other social things.
Everyone was lovely and told me all about their work and how I could help
There were one to ones to go over development and sessions on CVs, interviews, LinkedIn and presenting.
There were several slow days but they don't mind you having a day off or going on holiday so swings and roundabouts.
I had a few vital tasks and some not so vital ones so a good balance, if a bit low on workload
It's given me an insight into what I want to do while also increasing my confidence and skills .
The Company
There are many home workers so it could be lonely but when people were in it was great and there's so many interns you always have people to go to lunch with.
Well organised, always knew where I stood.
They put on a lot of workshops
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
It seems a nice place to work but I wouldn't go straight back, I still want to look around
The Culture
Loads of interns, drinks every Thursday and extra social events like going to Wimbledon and the Shard and fundraising events
London is expensive but they cover travel and £4 of food a day and the canteen is cheap
Lot of cocktail bars in Angel, a bit too classy and expensive though.
Loads of fundraising events and socials
