The Role
There were very challenging times, but the highs were really really good.
This question was easy!
The support and guidance I recieved during the summer defined what good support and guidance should be for me. Absolutely fantastic.
I don't understand this scale? I was very busy, all the time, but I employed a good work hard play hard attitude and it was perfect, and balanced. Wouldn't have had it any other way.
After 3 weeks I was fast-tracked and given the oppurtunity to lead my own team, which was a hugely rewarding challenge.
Skills for life; simple as that.
The Company
It was hilarious most of the time.
Always organised, but not quite seamless, there was always an air of young dynamism, but I enjoyed that.
There is nothing that they invested in more, support was available, insightful and has developed me more than I thought it could have done. Absolutely fantastic.
Flexi Time

Company Parties/Events
Strong.
The Culture
Yes! Walkabout! Sunday night!
Birmingham is pretty cheap compared to Oxford....
Not sure we really caught the best of it, we only really went out on Sunday nights, to Walkabout. But that wasn't really the point, it was great fun and they sell cheap Jagerbeakers
A few of us joined the gym, which was good fun in the mornings, we also played rounders a few times, went go-karting, had a day of paintball. There was enough fun to be getting on with!
