2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

I think the atmosphere in my team was very open - and I think everyone was willing to hear my opinion. I won't say though that they were like family - there was no team integration after work.

8/10

3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

I was a bit a holiday time in the company, so the problem was that I had to seek for guidance by different members of my team based on availability of them.

8/10

4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

I had to manage this by myself, there was no pressure at all, so in the beginning I felt a little bored, but later on I started to pick more and more tasks.

8/10

5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

There was not much personal responsibility, because most of the decisions were made by the whole team.

5/10

6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

I cannot say, but I think organisation skills I gained are going to be very useful for planning even non-work related tasks.

10/10

9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

Members of my team always were there to give me very good explainations, there were also some department-wide lectures and discussions, as well as training for all the interns.

10. What were the perks on your work placement?

  • Flexi Time
  • Sports and Social Club
