    • Enough of an insight into the bank for the whole experience to be interesting.

    • I was given plenty of support but could have received more guidance on expectations.

    • People got on with jobs they enjoyed.

    • Well run centrally, although the activities were not always communicated to the line managers of the interns.

    • I didn't receive any training in my last month because I wasn't going to be there long enough to make it worthwhile in their view.

    • We went out each Friday evening.

    • The city itself was very expensive but where I was living in Bethnal Green was OK.
