The Role
I really enjoyed my time.
I was given a project to work on which will have an impact on the company.
I was supported by my manager and team and could constantly ask anyone for help.
I was very busy during the scheme but worked normal hours and had the ability to have a work life balance.
I worked on a major project and was given the freedom to analysis and provide my recommendation as I wished.
These are the following skills that I have developed; confidence, communication, data analysis, critical thinking and team working. All of these skills are essential for my final year of university.
The Company
It was very relaxed atmosphere and everyone is very friendly and supportive.
It was very organised my project brief was ready when I started the scheme. I was all given overviews by Directors and VPs of all departments in the company which helped provide a holistic understanding of the company.
We had extensive training during the start of the scheme for skills we would need during the scheme. We also received personal advice and training methods from senior leaders throughout our teams in the overviews.
