The Role
There was lots of training, social activities and great insight into the industry.
I felt like I was valued and I was needed/wanted sometimes it would be nicer to be in a team with people of similar ages
Direct management were very helpful, supervisors were mostly good but sometimes a bit flakey
Very busy with the work and all the activities around it. It was a excellent balance though.
I had work to do but didn't feel like I had lots of responsibility
It won't assist me with my studies but this is because my degree is completely unrelated. The training was excellent and it felt like there was a lot of time and money invested in us.
The Company
It was a decent atmosphere, there was always people to talk to but sometimes lacked in office social events.
There was excellent plan of activities which were logical and interesting. I never felt like things were off the cuff.
I felt really invested in, multiple training classes that are normally only offered to senior people.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
There's a high possibility I would take a job if it is offered
The Culture
Very good social scene with the other interns, they were a excellent bunch of people. Only downside was that we didn't go out as much as it was equivalent of a 8 week job interview
I lived in London, which by nature is expensive but also so much fun. I did have more free food and Alcohol than I had ever had before.
The nightlife would be good but we were on the equivalent of a 8 week interview so didn't get the chance to utilise it that much.
There was a few opportunities although you had to find them yourself
