  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I really enjoyed my placement and learnt a lot. I worked in the construction team.

  • I definitely felt valued by my colleagues and felt like I was helping them with the work that I was doing.

  • I was given lots of support both from my assigned mentors and other people that I reached out to. People were really happy to talk and helpful.

  • I was quite busy on my placement and the intern projects that were assigned were really helpful in keeping me busy.

  • I was given a lot of responsibility and had direct contact with both insurers and clients.

  • I learnt lots of skills and knowledge from this placement. The training on how to present that I received was brilliant.

  • Really well organised. Events were put on for us every week.
