The Role
This internship has been a fantastic opportunity and so much fun.
Sometimes being on an internship, not everyone will listen to your opinion but at M&S, colleagues are more than happy to hear your view and value the "fresh views".
Whenever support was needed it was provided, not only by my manager but the whole team.
I was occupied every day, as the project I was asigned required a large amount of consistent work. Throughout and at the end of the project was finished, I was included in a variety of other projects running, this included training and being invloved with stocktake.
I was given alot of responsibiltiy as the asigned projects had direct influence on stores
M&S has granted the opportuntiy to develop and enhance so many skills as well as ones I never even considered. The training which they offered was fantastic, from the content to the facilators,
The Company
Really happy, friendly and helpfull A great atmosphere to work in!
It was well organised even more so considering that they never had an intern of the floor before.
M&S I felt invested alot into interns, especially the training they provided

Working from home
There are a vast numer opportunties and job roles to choose from. It is relatively easy to transfer from one section to another.
The Culture
As there was a group of interns, we all went to the same induction day and training courses. From this, every other week we would meet up for drinks.
Due to being based in london, it was the expected slightly higher costs but was not as high as I expected
The nightlife was fantastic as there is always something going on which is not too far away.
There is more than enough oppportunites to get involved in. The only difficulty is that 2 months is not quite long enough to get involved in everything
