  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I was provided with an excellent insight into the firm. The scheme involved a number of departmental talks which were very useful and which provided me with a significant insight into the major areas practiced at the firm.

    • During my time on the placement, I felt like a very valued member of the team. I was asked to help with work from a number of different employees of the firm.

    • I received excellent support during the scheme - Members of the firm were always willing to answer questions and help me with any difficulties.

    • The skills learnt during the placement scheme will very useful for my LPC studies.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The scheme was very well structured - The talks were well spread out during the two week period and I very much enjoyed the social aspect to the scheme.

    • The firm's culture was very friendly and welcoming during the placement scheme.

    • I received a considerable amount of investment from the firm which made the experience thoroughly rewarding and enjoyable.

    • As I was given a number of trainee tasks to complete, the placement scheme provided me with an excellent insight into what it would be like working at Stephenson Harwood.

    • The scheme was very useful in this respect - The scheme certainly reaffirmed my desire to become a commercial solicitor.

    • The pay over the two weeks was very good.

    • There were a good number of networking opportunities on the scheme.
