  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • In my first department, the team were especially generous in taking the time to explain the background and relevance of the tasks I was set. This gave me the sense that the work I was doing was genuinely useful. In my second department, I was set some work that had been specifically designed to teach vacation scheme students. Though I was able to contribute less to the team's efforts, it was a valuable learning exercise for me personally.
