    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I was afforded some great opportunists whilst on my placement which extended beyond the scope on my initial job role. Overall great experience/skills gained. Office is, whilst professional, friendly and informal. .Only room for improvement i think would be from time-to-time can feel 'corporate' and there can be some red-tape when trying to get things done quickly.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Teammates were friendly and having 50+ interns really made the placement great.

    4/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Outstanding amount from managers/supervisors. really helped me learn throughout the year and grow.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Pretty busy!

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Given a lot of responsibilities that would be deemed as critical for the business. A lot put on interns after the initial training period which is good to see.

    4/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • This would be my first time working in an office and a global company so I think it'll help me out greatly for future job prospects.

    4/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Training and outlining of job responsibilities were all well communicated,

    4/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Lots of training, conferences, 'lectures' and coaches available to join through out the year I was here.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Yeah they were a good laugh.

    4/5

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Pretty cheap overall, rent wasn't too high.

    4/5

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Can't lie Swindon isn't amazing for nightlife - nights out with interns are fun but the clubs themselves are pretty poor. Alot of events were away from Swindon.

  • Cool sports clubs and events set by the company to do
