  • Overall I really enjoyed my time at Microsoft

  • Colleagues were supportive and I felt valued, my team helped me grow both as a professional and individual

  • I was given support but I felt like it wasn't always enough. Sometimes management is really busy and I felt like there were times where I would have appreciated more support

  • I was given a lot of responsibility - really appreciate that at Microsoft interns are given real job responsibilities

  • Graduate scheme is very competitive although very appealing due to the global reach and really good starting salary

  • Social scene was very good in Reading, where majority of students were based

  • Reading is a good place to live/work as its rather cheap comparing to London and other large cities

  • Night scene in Reading is average, but London is very close I wouldn't say its a problem
