The Role
10/10
Everyone respects you
Managers all know how to direct their placement students in the right way.
As it works on a campaign basis in marketing, some days you're really busy but other days not so much. The balance is good.
Given just the right amount of responsibility.
Time management and having real responsibility are two big skills you learn..and then the specifics that come with your actual job.
The Company
Easy-going atmosphere
Everything runs seamlessly from start to finish
You're given the opportunity to go on courses etc if you want. All provided by the company.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
A lot of interns come back - although no grad scheme yet.
The Culture
Great social scene
It's London, so it's quite high.
Loads to do
If you look for them, there is loads to get involved with. Volunteering etc.
