The Role
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Enterprise-Rent-A-Car. I can honestly say it has exceeded all my expectations from day one.
Whilst completing my work placement Enterprise was my home. At work or after work we would always be in contact with each other.
Through regular meetings and such friendly staff internally support and guidance was a regular occurrence.
Every day was busy, Time would fly form starting at 8am to finishing at 6pm. If only their was more time in the day.
At Enterprise-Rent-A-Car you make the calls. They place full responsibility in your hands. This is what makes this placement, you feel you are directly influencing the business and call the shots.
From leaving my placement I am looking forward adapting the skills learnt over the past 12 months into my degree. Hopefully these will help me complete my degree to a high standard.
The Company
The general atmosphere in my branch was a fun and friendly office environment.
Once the thorough interview process was over, enterprise kept me well informed to beginning the job. This transaction was made extremely smooth by their recruitment department.
Enterprise don't stop training and developing you throughout the time your within the company, no matter what level or stage you progress to.
I've got a job with them.
The Culture
We regularly go out after work as a team. This was made clear after day one when I have to get a taxi home.
I was living in London, cost are extremely high down here to a Northerner..
I lived in london... Amazing
I believe it is up to you making the most of where you live. Their are always things to do wherever you live. It just takes a little personal motivation.
