  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Was good as a summer job and experience was good. Really worthwhile for putting in your cv. However would not want to work here full time.

    • Sometimes felt like a burden on the staff.

    • Did support me really well. Manager was great with me, just the other staff where not so great.

    • Always having to look to do things as business became dead during summer months.

    • Quite a bit of responsibility given with no training.

    • Won't really help my degree however it will help me in securing a graduate job in another company as i have the experience of working for a large company as a first year student.

    • Was quite a fun place to work, however can get really bored easily.

    • Not organised at all. Manager never had an intern so didn't know what to do with me at first. No training given so thrown in the deep end too early.

    • Did not invest in training or development. Was an on the job training scheme.

    • Was good meeting people in my shoes.

    • Lived and worked at home during placement, so cheap.
