  • Both senior and junior employees take the time to chat through what their job entails and answer any queries. Very friendly atmosphere

  • Really great support system. You are allocated a buddy and a mentor. from the same sector but often from different desks to each other which means that you gain insight into the different aspects of the firm. They were really friendly and answered any queries. lots of advice about future careers.

  • learnt a lot about summer internship applications and opportunities which will prove really helpful.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • It was 2 weeks which was a great length and gave you enough time to get to grips with what your team does as well as chat to a whole range of different people and sit with different desks. Mixture of talks and presentations as well as workshops and unstructured time to arrange meetings and complete work for presentations.

  • Really supportive and friendly atmosphere.

  • Given access to broad range on online learning modules, CV workshops as well as workshops on presentation and interview skills. Lots of personal feedback and development opportunities.

  • Very good insight as you get to sit and work with the same team for your 2 weeks. You learn a lot about what the job entails on a daily basis which is great.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • Opportunities included networking lunches, drinks receptions as well as freedom to email employees to ask for a chat. These were really well received and enabled you to get a great overview of the company.

  • Very useful. Got to know many different members of the firm as well as the other interns on the program.

  • Yes, many employees talked about their work life balance and were involved in lots of different sports teams.

  • Yes. Especially if they want to learn more about Investment banking it is a great opportunity to learn more and gain valuable insight.
