The Role
I mainly enjoyed it because I learnt so much. It was hard work and long hours but I have grown up so much and feel prepared for adult life.
I always had a lot of responsibility (minus first month) so I felt valued and was always praised and encouraged.
My manager was amazing, he helped me so much and answered all my questions, never got annoyed with my when I began and didn't know much - I was lucky!
At first I didn't have enough to do but after about 6 weeks it got really busy and never stopped. I work on average 9 hour days, but don't feel too rushed or over worked.
Lots of responsibility.
Loads - I feel so prepared for the rest of my life
The Company
First project fun never stopped, second was bit more serious
Average, training could have been better for things like outlook and expenses etc. I think they forgot that most of our jobs before hand would have been waitressing and lifeguarding.
Had some good Excel training etc in first week and speaking
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
very lots of roles for grads
The Culture
yes there was - made some friends for life
Very expensive¬!!!
FAB but too expensive
I went to unis to talk about Accenture etc and did some charity work
