  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The dedication of the recruiters who put the program together was evident and all the employees who we interacted with were so welcoming and helpful. Whilst gaining information is always valuable and nothing I would ever criticise, I think I would have preferred to have a few more hands on activities.

    • Every question I had was answered but obviously due to the time restraints within the program, they're limited on how much detail they can go into.

    • I don't think that training is too relevant to an insights program, but I definitely gained a deeper understanding of how Fidelity run their business.

    • We met employees in every role imaginable and they each gave us a very clear picture.

    • Again, meeting such a range of employees gave me a good idea.

    • It definitely helped me to decide whether or not it was for me.
