The Role
it was a lot of fun, I learnt so much about the language industry and was constantly supported by the team - a great experience!:)
I felt very valued and appreciated. Colleagues support each other, and thank each other for good work.
I was given support by the entire team, and also members of other teams when needed. Mainly my mentor took care of answering all my questions and showing me how everything works.
Usually pretty busy, there were days where it got a little crazy, and then days where it was a little boring, but all in all good.
Especially towards the end of my internship, I was given more and more responsibility and got the chance to take over my own projects.
My skills and qualifications aquired here will definitely help me a lot in my future career in the language industry.
The Company
Great, everyone is friendly, helpful and nice. The general mood is always good :)
It was well organized, the application process took a little longer than expected, but it was fine. The internship itself was well organized, it helped to have other interns to talk to and a mentor guiding me and helping me whenever something came up.
There are team meetings, training sessions etc, to attend, so interns can learn a lot. There is also the opportunity of doing a skill swap, to see what the other teams do, which is a great idea.

Working from home
Very appealing:)
The Culture
There are a lot of company meetings, team lunches, parties, events etc. and the interns have a skype chat and often organize events. The social area is also very nice, to meet during lunch time.
London is very expensive in general, and zone 1......
in the area of the office itself not that great, but it's very close to the tube station, and a lot of place can be reached within a short amount of time.
there is a social group to get involved in. Language connect also visits fairs and schools etc.
