The Role
The people I worked with were absolutely great. The work at the beginning was slow and tedious but once you gain the trust of people on your team, the type of work got a lot better!
I felt really valued in terms of the benefits and rewards provided. On top of this, I was even asked to extend so in general the team does really appreciate your efforts.
If I needed any guidance, my buddy was always on hand. However senior people such as managers would be quite hard to get hold off. Nevertheless any queries I had were always handled by my buddy/analyst.
By the end of my placement, I felt almost like a full-time analyst in terms of the work given and client interaction I had.
The Company
Really chilled and friendly.
1 week of training (1 day of excel).
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
The Culture
There were 2 socials (1 at the end of training week and 1 at the end of the placement).
