    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The people I worked with were absolutely great. The work at the beginning was slow and tedious but once you gain the trust of people on your team, the type of work got a lot better!

  • I felt really valued in terms of the benefits and rewards provided. On top of this, I was even asked to extend so in general the team does really appreciate your efforts.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • If I needed any guidance, my buddy was always on hand. However senior people such as managers would be quite hard to get hold off. Nevertheless any queries I had were always handled by my buddy/analyst.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • By the end of my placement, I felt almost like a full-time analyst in terms of the work given and client interaction I had.
