The Role
Extremely varied experience, which is what I was looking for.
On the most part, very few occasions where this did not seem the case.
Managers were always happy to help, provide feedback and provide support wherever and whenever needed.
Rarely a dull moment, always kept on my feet.
Variation in level of responsibility, sometimes extremely so and sometimes little.
Hard to say if I could have learnt more, huge and varied experience.
The Company
Depending on the client relationship, usually of a very good standard.
Highly organised with constant support throughout.
Lots of initial training and then left to own devices to pick up any extra training, which was readily available and I did use occasionally.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Have already signed the contract to go back.
The Culture
Very good social events, although maybe a few more needed over the course of the year.
London in general is very expensive, but found some good cheap places. Living at home saved me money, travel into London every day was my largest expenditure.
Bristol - excellent food and bars. London - has anything and everything.
There were activities available occasionally, but I rarely took advantage.
