    • Given a lot of responsibilty - different every day

    • Core job role wasn't too busy once I understood it but opportunity to take on more projects

    • Very good - a designated Sports and social team

    • I lived in a very desirable area which was expensive but other lliving costs were fine

    • Average - only a small town
