Internship in China

• Internship only: We will still find your desired internship position but exclude the option of combining it language lessons.
• Internship with language lessons: We arrange for you to have your internship combined with Chinese language lessons with a qualified private tutor.

University Mandarin Language Program

Go Abroad China’s ‘University Mandarin Program’ enrols international applicants into local, but reputable Chinese universities whose language courses are designed specifically for foreigners. We work with such institutions as Beijing Language & Culture University (BLCU), Peking and Tsinghua universities. In Shanghai we have Fudan and Jiaotong Universities and then Nanjing University. Applicants of all levels – beginner, elementary, intermediate or advanced are all welcome.

The Volunteer Program

This gives you the options of: working with special needs children with physical disabilities, orphans or volunteering at a school for disadvantaged migrant children. Indeed, volunteering is also one of the most rewarding things a person can take on.

Small Class Mandarin Program

Looking for a vibrant, dynamic way (apart from university) of studying Chinese during your educational trip to China? Go Abroad China (GAC) partners with several language schools around Beijing and Shanghai to arrange the small class that suits you best.

You can expect small class size, accelerated results, properly structured curriculum and professional teachers.

One-on-One Private Tutoring

The main areas of Chinese study include, but are not limited to business Chinese, HSK preparation, other areas like general Chinese focusing on speaking and reading, commerce & business, current affairs and many more. We will arrange your own private tutor. You can combine tutoring with an internship or volunteering on the side.

HSK Preparatory Course

This is a preparatory course for international Mandarin learners to help them leave China with a valuable qualification in Chinese. In this course, you can expect to be taught the best methods you can utilize to get the best marks possible; we introduce mock tests to gradually help you get familiar with the HSK, the study content will include a lot of vocabulary, listening and reading comprehension, paraphrasing, grammar and writing; all of which are crucial in getting an HSK qualification.

Study Tour

Go Abroad China offers study tours for groups of international students or clients who want to study and tour China all simultaneously. You can expect a planned itinerary, meals, accommodation and language lessons.

High School Program

This program is geared towards foreigner candidates of high school age: 13 to 18 years of age. They are placed in a Chinese university only for language course, they get to visit and interact with our partner Chinese high schools for language exchange.
