Internship Overview
The Capco Internship Programme provides top talent with an insight and an opportunity to make the first steps towards building the skills and experience required to become the financial consulting leaders of tomorrow.
From day one on our Internship Programme, you will be given the opportunity to experience what it is like day to day on one of our client-sites, supporting interesting projects and environments. We provide training which covers a variety of topics relevant to the global Financial Services landscape and gives you an insight into the foundations of consulting and project delivery. Develop, strengthen and expand your skills in an environment where your experiences and contributions are valued and encouraged.
Candidate Profile
All we ask is the following:
- You are in your penultimate year of your undergraduate study
- Minimum 2.1 expected (or equivalent)
- 320+ UCAS points desirable
The ability to demonstrate:
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Relationship building aptitude
- Analytical competence
- Commercial awareness
- Decision making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competence with Microsoft Office
