In this rotational graduate programme, you will acquire practical experience across various Sales and Growth functions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our products and business operations. You may delve into key areas such as Business Development, Account Management, Partner Management, Growth Operations, or Customer Success, establishing a solid foundation for a Sales career at Sage. This offers a remarkable opportunity to advance your Sales career, paving the way to leadership roles or diverse career pathways within Sage.

What Will You Gain Exposure To?

As a Commercial Graduate, you will undergo an immersive learning journey through a development programme, gaining exposure to different business areas and understanding Sage's diverse products and services. During your rotations, you will:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and implement growth models to drive long-term value.
  • Gain an understanding of customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.

Skills, know-how and experience:

These roles are based in Newcastle, UK. You’ll be in the office at least three days a week, so you must live within an easily commutable distance (or be willing to relocate).
