Communications / PR Placement
The Internal Communications team’s main purpose is to engage and motivate colleagues, enabling them to understand their role in delivering our strategic objectives and business goals, whilst aligning with our company values and culture. We are looking for someone to join our team and pick up the reigns quickly to drive our internal communications and employee engagement, encouraging our colleagues to give their best each day.
You’ll be involved in a broad range of strategic initiatives from culture change and diversity and inclusion to charity and sustainability. The right candidate will be a people person, who is a strong communicator and enjoys forming and building relationships. We are looking for someone with great ideas and creative flair, who has media skills such as video creation and editing, photography and Photoshop.
As a key member of the team, you will support the Internal Communications team in delivering business-wide communications and events to ensure that our colleagues are informed, engaged and connected.
No day is the same. One day you’ll be creating our colleague newsletter and the next you’ll be assisting with organising an event for our 1200 strong work force. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, trying new things, thinking outside of the box and really making a difference, then this is the role for you.
