This eleven-month industrial placement is ideal for students who are looking to complete a placement as part of their university degree. You could work within a number of teams within our HR function and as an industrial placement student, you would:

Support the Early Careers Recruitment team in London with the delivery of candidate interviews and assessment centres, building strong relationships with applicants and delivering an excellent candidate experience. You would support with delivering Deutsche Bank’s diversity events, gaining skills in project management as well as event facilitation. You may also represent Deutsche Bank at university and school’s attraction events.

Help provide support to the Business Advisory Centre based in Birmingham. By working alongside the Business Advisors it will provide valuable experience of working in Human Resources department, providing insights in how to support employees through key points in their working career.

Support the COO team with regional projects focusing on employee benefits/wellbeing, business management, regulatory, risk and compliance initiatives.

Industrial Placement Programme

This eleven-month placement is for students who can complete a year in industry as part of their degree. We recruit highly intelligent students who are committed and adaptable. They have degrees in many different disciplines but above all, we’re looking for entrepreneurial people who thrive best in a diverse culture where innovation and agile thinking abound.

Eligibility

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be a second year undergraduate university student on a four-year degree expecting to do a work placement in your third year. You must be returning to study for a year following this placement.
