Project/Account Management Placement

As a Project Management Assistant or Account Management Assistant, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the business – ranging from Sales and Project Management, to Customer Service and Consultancy. You’ll be assisting either our Senior Account Manager or Premium Services Director and their assigned customer base, ensuring their success long-term and assisting them with strategic discussions and customer journey planning. Being at the forefront of our fast-paced Premium Services team, this role requires an ambitious, customer-focused individual, who has a drive for success; it will be down to you to be a Prospect Ambassador!

The key focus for these roles will be to grow and nurture customer relationships to guarantee customer retention. Whether it be managing a project, or consulting with customers during the Onboarding process, you’ll be constantly establishing new relationships and building customer rapport. You’ll also gain real insight and understanding into business processes through interacting with customers daily.

If you can listen to our customers to guide them to the right solution and help them overcome their business challenges, then you’re the person we are looking for!

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Project Management – Delivering software solutions is a core part of the business. In these roles, you’ll be playing a crucial part by scoping and documenting requirements to support customer and internal projects. Managing these tasks will require impeccable organisation skills to ensure you successfully manage and meet desired timescales and internal deadlines. Effectively liaising and co-ordinating with team members across departments, and most importantly, the customer, is crucial to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Delivery of Consultancy Services – Partnering with our highly experienced Consultants, Trainers and Developers, you’ll be part of a team delivering real business benefit to our customers. Assist with both strategic & tactical reviews with customers ensuring all discussed items are logged and possible projects are tracked.
  • Co-ordinating Resources – Having the right people doing the right work at the right time is a key part of delivering a successful and cost-effective project – right from project inception through each stage of the project to final handover.
  • Working as a Team – Serve as a primary point of contact for either the Senior Account Manager or Premium Services Director. Work as part of the Premium Services team to help customers & support your colleagues.
  • Building Customer Rapport – Each element of the role is strongly focused on communicating with our customer base. Having the ability to build relationships and trust with customers is a vital skill you’ll adopt.
  • Customer Service – At ProspectSoft, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, and every member of staff contributes to this. This will involve providing timely answers and assistance in a professional and friendly manner that reflects the company's core values.
  • Business Development – A key part of this role is to be able to identify business development opportunities that would add further value to the customer’s solution. You’ll help our customers get the most benefit out of the system.
  • Software Demonstrations – As the year progresses, you’ll confidently demonstrate our software to customers. Understanding customer requirements is an essential part of delivering high quality, relevant demonstrations in a persuasive manner.

What you’ll need:

  • Some experience in a previous customer-facing role
  • Be highly organised & able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent IT systems knowledge (including email, Excel, Office etc.)

  • Motivated by targets & deadlines
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic approach & positive attitude at all times
