The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an End User Marketing Activation Placement Student, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with the North Europe (NER) Safety and Industrial Business Group (SIBG) marketing team.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the planning and coordination of customer events, tradeshows and/or any initiatives aligned to the regional/area activation plans
• Supporting collaboration with relevant associations and Key Opinion Leaders to accelerate penetration, reinforce 3M brand awareness and acquire more contacts
• Assisting with the activation of integrated marketing programs in North Europe (Offline and On-line tactics)
• Supporting the launch of new product introductions within the North Europe Region (review of assets)
• Collaborating with local application engineers/specialists on technical/ whitepapers/customer testimonials – ensuring that content meets customer requirements/local regulations/requirements 
• Managing and co-ordinating exhibition assets currently available in SIBG UK.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

You will currently be undertaking a Marketing/Business-related degree with a year in Industry (commencing Aug/Sept 2022)

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
