Job description

Help organisations leverage technology to transform their businesses whilst developing skills that'll complement your career.

At EY, no question is too small, too ambitious or too imaginative. We use our curiosity to ask better questions, that inspire better answers. That’s how we build a better working world.

Our job is to understand what technological challenges our clients are facing, and then find the best solutions to help them improve how they work. Our teams specialise in a range of skills from those with existing computer science and programming expertise to those from wider STEM backgrounds with the desire to learn. It’s about being tech-savvy and great with people.

Technology

We're building a better working world by transforming businesses through the power of people, technology and innovation. We deliver technology-enabled transformation to our clients to help generate long-term value. Our teams fuse business insight with technology, digital and data solutions for competitive advantage.

What will you be doing?

You’ll build a career that’s yours to own. With infinite opportunities to lead, learn and transform, we’ll empower you to build a world as unique as you. You’ll be:

  • Working across a range of industries to address technology challenges for our clients
  • Building your knowledge in a range of market leading digital and emerging technologies
  • Leveraging the expertise of our teams to shape our client's technology agenda
  • Helping our clients plan and deliver organisation-wide transformation programmes

Are you eligible to apply?

If you’re in your penultimate year of university and studying for STEM, business, or computer science related honours degree, have an interest in technology, and keen to kick-start a career in consulting/professional services, this programme is for you. You’ll also need a minimum of Level 2/GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels, five Highers or equivalent.

The programme is open to students from STEM, business and computer related disciplines in their penultimate year. We particularly welcome applications from students that have a passion and interest in technology and/or those that have some knowledge and/or experience of: SQL, Python, R, Java, C++ or PowerBI and knowledge of cloud computing, cyber security, data analysis/manipulation and reporting.
